If so, we have a job for you! Daily the Account Management Specialist will be the day to day contact for order management for our client’s customers and order management. The Account Management Specialist coordinates with the customer at replenishment and buying level. Internally, to achieve OFR and OTD the Account Management Specialist will coordinate with replenishment, logistics, promotional contact coordinator, and quality to ensure excellent service our customers. Externally to achieve OFR and OTD the Account Management Specialist will coordinate with our DC’s, and our brokers. Education Bachelor’s in any field. Degree Bachelor’s Degree Required Experience • 2-3 years of indirect sales and / or customer service experience • Background in multi-task, high pressure environment that expects a sense of • urgency. • Experience in produce, food or other short shelf life product line is desirable • Retail or CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) experience is desirable • Ability to both navigate and communicate internally and externally for • excellent service to customers. • Ability to be adaptable to change. Language Proficient Written and Verbal English Essential. Key Job Accountabilities (3-5) 1. Enter customer orders into order management system, and manage the order from receipt to delivery 2. Ensure all order detail (quantity, pricing, discount, ship date, custom forms, delivery date etc.) is accurate 3. Weekly complete forecast for this week and next to instruct replenishment on latest demand projections 4. Track service levels to customer and address service exceptions 5. Prepare orders for billing to accounting. Work closely with Accounts receivable on any matters ref billing 6. Manage the aging inventory at the DC to sell to customers or identify when it needs to be moved to commodity desk 7. Handle quality rejections in quality portal and ensure that the replacement product is processed, and that the customer is reimbursed for rejected product Additional Accountabilities Order does not imply level of importance to successful job performance Collaboration with shipping in have optimal schedules or performance Always Service Level Work with account receivable department to resolve pricing condition and invoicing issues Always DSO Ensure orders are processed in a timely manner, within 2 hours of receipt, accurately Knowledge and technical requirements • Great administrative skills using MS Office • products • Ability to master different on-line portals • Maintain an awareness of the key deployment • steps for any given module • Participate in activities to evaluate and update deployment method If you are extremely detail oriented Account Management Specialist, able to multitask and are looking to work in a fast paced and growing company this position is for you!
