We seek to hire a full time Administrative assistant for our new office to Assists management staff by performing administrative duties
• Entering customer information
• Payroll & Managing Emp. Files
• Entering expense reports.
• Creating and maintaining reports in MS Excel and Word
• Managing a multi-line telephone system
• Supporting management with the day-to-day business needs
• Excellent communication, follow up, interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with a willingness to learn.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Excellent decision making skills
• Ability to multitask, a must
• SAP Experience a Plus!
