Administrative Assistant/ Data Analyst
• Daily responsibilities consist of: corresponding to executive emails, generating reports through excel, processing purchase orders, communicating with executive clientele, scheduling appointments.
• Must have advance Microsoft Excel with working involvement of generating business reports
• 1-2 years minimum administrative / front office experience is essential
• Ideal candidate has great attention to detail work history, is easy going, and has a great uplifting personality that is not afraid to work with different personalities
