Job Requirements

This position requires a future relocation to Dallas (Southeast side) Fort Worth ( (Southeast side) and Houston ( North 1-45 & Loop 610 area)

The relocation is not optional. 

We are looking for high character individuals to learn our business from the ground up as a full-time Trainee. 

Each applicant for the Trainee position will be required to take an assessment test to determine technical skills, including reading, writing, basic math, computer keyboard, and phone applications. A minimum of 3 references will be contacted to help us make sure the candidate has acquired the needed characteristics to succeed in this very important position.

 Responsibilities 

1.      Warehouse setting and initiative to keep it an efficient workspace

2.      Automotive parts weighing 10-15 lbs average

3.      Use the phone app and or computer to look up part numbers

4.      Find part numbers on old/dirty catalytic converters – which will require good eyesight and the use of power hand tools to make them legible

5.      Courteous and helpful customer service included with the cash transaction of buying catalytic converters

6.      Sorting, packing, loading, forklift operation are all primary areas of work responsibility

This position can ultimately lead  to the job title of Outside Buyer or Buying Center Manager and an annual salary of $60,000 or more. This advancement is very likely for the candidate that exhibits above average: work ethic, professional interpersonal skills, technical skills and integrity.
