Essential Job Functions of the Customer Service Representative :

  • Manage books of business to help customers understand potential product upgrades to help increase overall revenue
  • Develop and grow relationships with internal and external customers
  • Understand products and services to fully convey the value to customers
  • Demonstrated ability to cold-call and make high volume of calls per day
  • Service inquiries from sales team members, agents, and dealerships on products, pricing, and agreements
  • Be an extension of the sales force in making sales related contacts with dealerships and agents, as well as, providing specific program information for sales visits/presentations.
  • Work with various departments to receive and communicate status updates
  • Work in team environment

Preferred Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative :

  • Call Center background will be a plus
  • 1+ years experience within customer service industry
  • Friendly, positive, and has the motivation to learn and grow
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products
