Description
Customer Service : Serves customers by answering questions, forwarding messages, processing customer orders, and keeping customers informed of order status. Maintains solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Data Entry : Performs data entry including new orders and sample requests. Also may require research skills to troubleshoot customer problems. Inputs information quickly and accurately from a variety of sources into a computer CRM database.
General : Fax, scan, copy, and file documents ; maintain office filing and storage systems; retrieve information when requested; perform work related errands; keep office area clean and tidy;
