Service Advocate will receive inbound member calls for individuals who have Florida Blue Insurance, some are through Marketplace, some are private. Answer billing questions, claims, benefits, payments.
Training Schedule: M-F 8am- 4:30 pm (6 weeks)
Work Schedule: HOURS MAY VARY
Member Contact Center: 7am-8:00pm Monday-Friday. During open enrollment, (Oct-Jan) M-F 7am-8pm and Saturdays 8am-4:30pm
