The Director of Clinical Solutions Delivery supports the Vice President of Clinical Innovation and provides professional assistance, project management, and recommendations for business needs to implement Optimal Care, and various strategic clinical initiatives. The position is responsible for providing day-to-day oversight of the clinic operations related to assigned strategic clinical initiatives (to include, but not limited to Optimal Care). This position provides project management and aligns strategic goals by providing skilled analysis, monitoring of organizational performance, and identifies factors to determine/recommend areas of business development/enhancement, and develops clear action plans to drive processes within the business. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provides direct oversight and supervision for various projects related to Optimal Care and assigned projects for Clinic Operations to include creation, design, development, and overall change management for projects
  • Analyzes cost and care priorities and translates the priorities into operational plans across the enterprise
  • Obtains unique market requirements to identify opportunities for standardizations and scalable growth
  • Sets team direction, resolves complex problems and provides guidance to team members
  • Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges
  • Provides input into enterprise forecasting and planning activities
  • Performs statistical and data management analyses; develops and presents findings of results in various communication forums; interprets data into meaningful, professional, and easy to understand formats for leadership decision-making
  • Reviews data, develops recommendations and reviews findings with executive management
  • Participates in defining project roles to drive the gathering of detailed business requirements
  • Develops systematic reporting processes and procedures to ensure timely delivery of scheduled and ad hoc reports to support key departmental and corporate initiatives
  • Recommends and implements new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve business processes, report content and completeness of information
  • Serves as the liaison between Clinic Operations and IT for reporting needs, process improvement, troubleshooting errors for data inconsistencies, and coordinating resolution of issues
  • Supports ongoing operations/maintenance/enhancement of existing solutions, in partnership with applicable stakeholders (e.g., IT, business owners/partners, vendors)
  • Performs market analyses by researching population demographic and distribution within geographic locations. Creates data-based, visual documentation (maps) to support research
  • Ensures meetings have appropriate personnel assigned to document and track agenda items
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned

The main office is located near Network Blvd., 78249 / 10% local and non-local travel as determined by the business

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree; Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration or a related field plus 6 additional years of comparable work experience beyond the required years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a master’s degree
  • PMP or nationally recognized Change Management certification
  • 6+ years of decision support, data analysis, or healthcare operations experience
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience
  • Experience developing strategic implementation plans across multiple departments and markets
  • Experience with medical cost reduction initiatives across multiple markets
  • Experience with process mapping methodology and creating process maps
  • Solid analytical/statistical skills used in evaluating and analyzing data 
  • Advanced PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Outlook, Share Point, Business Maps, and Sales Force)
  • Access to reliable transportation that will enable you to travel to client and/or patient sites within a designated area 
  • You will be asked to perform this role in an office setting or other company location

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Healthcare or clinic operations experience
  • Experience with change management methodologies
  • Experience implementing strategic initiatives across multiple matrixed business areas

Physical & Mental Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, push or pull > 35 lbs. with assistance
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to use fine motor skills to operate office equipment and/or machinery
  • Ability to receive and comprehend instructions verbally and/or in writing
  • Ability to use logical reasoning for simple and complex problem solving
