Are you ready to lead the Human Resources operations for an organization that empowers youth development so all children can excel?

BellXcel is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to lead their talent management operations. The Director of Human Resources will design, execute, and oversee all HR policies, strategies, and processes of the organization.

The Human Resources Director will be responsible for the development and implementation of plans, systems, policies, and processes around all aspects of talent acquisition, management, development, and engagement. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and collaborative leader who has experience in the establishment of HR policies and procedures for achieving effective recruitment, management, and engagement goals in line with the vision of an organization. This role will report to the President.

Major Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and drive HR and Talent Management Strategies that achieve BellXcel’s mission and ensure effective staffing alignments with organizational needs
  • Hire, lead, and develop a Human Resources team that oversees benefits and recruitment
  • Design and execute an employee relations program that promotes a collaborative organizational culture by enhancing engagement, leadership, and development of all staff
  • Establish a recruiting process that meets the goals and DEI initiatives of the organization
  • Ensure organizational compliance by maintaining current knowledge of laws and regulations related to Human Resources
  • Create an employee handbook that defines process managements and procedures in relation to HR policies and contributes to a positive employee experience
  • Develop a competitive compensation system process that attracts and retains top talent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Successful experience creating and implementing HR strategies and systems for talent recruitment, management, compensation, and engagement
  • Extensive understanding of HR laws and compliance regulations
  • Proven track record managing a team in HR functions
  • Familiarity with SaaS/Technology business models
  • Located in the Boston or New England area with the ability to collaborate remotely
