The Employee Relations Coordinator provides guidance and consults management with regard to employee relations policies and procedures in collaboration with Human Resources management and System leadership. This valued professional also provides responses to the TWC, and administers the employee concern and resolution process. This professional will collaborate with Human Resources management on a daily basis to address ongoing issues and to determine recommended courses of action.
The best candidate for the Employee Relations Coordinator position will be detail oriented, engaged in Human Resources initiatives, dedicated to customer services and able to provide expert guidance to University Health System management.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is required. Three years of related experience preferred. Knowledge of employee relations and applicable regulations is required.
