Enterprise Services Engineer

We are looking for an Enterprise Services Engineer to fulfill a vital role in our organization to serve our customers. You will work alongside engineers, customer success managers, sales account managers, and Services Engineers.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Sort through inbound support cases
  • Resolve cases independently or with the help of teammates (Tier 1&2)
  • Identify and quickly provision support cases to Technical Account Managers (Tier 3)
  • Daily health-checks on assigned accounts
  • Manage and document activity, after action, root cause and daily status reports
  • Records and exemplify best practices
  • Work closely with customer success to improve operational status within key accounts
  • Provide technical direction to customer IT support staff
Requirements:
  • 5+ years working in IT/Consulting
  • 5+ years working as Sys Admin/Sys Eng
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot & display critical thinking
  • Facilitate plan of attack to others
  • Previous experience with endpoint security/support/troubleshooting
  • Incident response experience
  • Knowledge in bash, PowerShell, VBScript, Python
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience required
