WHAT THE FINANCIAL ANALYST WILL DO:
Responsible for maintaining and periodically updating the corporate model
Assist with the preparation of the annual Budget and Financial Forecasts
Coordinate treasury activities including liquidity forecasting, compliance and cash management
Provide support for M&A activities (modeling, financing, due diligence)
Play an integral role in the preparation of investor and lender meeting materials
Special projects for the executive team and Board of Directors
Preparing financial analyses in support of on-going management of the company as well as debt and equity financings
WHAT WE REALLY NEED IN THE FINANCIAL ANALST:
- Degree in Finance - REQUIRED
- 1-3 years' experience
- Effective communicator - you must be poised and comfortable presenting financial reports, overview decks and executive summaries to internal and external leaders.
- Skilled relationship builder - This role will interact with ALL the departments throughout the organization. Building trust and engaging team members is vital to your success.
