PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a GNSS Field Design Engineer in Austin, TX.

Description:

• Develop and execute test plan with focus on customer experience for fitness and location use cases

• Generate system performance test reports with key performance indicators and highlight top issues
• Collaborate with 3rd party vendors throughout the project cycle
• Work with team members spread across various time zones

Key Qualifications:

• Strong working experience with field and lab testing in GPS, location, fitness, or wireless technologies
• Knowledge in system test plan creation and execution for any given technology
• Great eye towards attention to detail
• Professional communication skills tailored to situation and audience, well proven written/verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work independently and should be proactive. Hands on using Mac, iPhone and WATCH products
• Prior experience working with GPS highly preferred, but manager would consider Beats, Cellular, and Wi-Fi as well
• Looking for prior validation testing experience
• Mac OS experience highly preferred
