Job Duties

The Retirement Coordinator assumes a lead role on the Benefits team. The Coordinator will provide retirement and benefit support for all the University Health System employees.

The Coordinator prepares retirement calculations, conducts retirement meetings, processes and audits retirement reports.

This professional will also maintain a working knowledge of applicable laws to include IRS limits pertaining to retirement plans.

Assists in benefit plan reviews, employee benefit enrollment and health reform regulations.
