This faith-based company operates CEO Advisory groups to over 115 full time CEO Chairs, and delivers best practices, marketing resources, training tools, and leadership development to over 2,600 C-suite executives worldwide. They recently moved into a gorgeous office in one of San Antonio's most desirable locations!

The ideal candidate will also be proficient in online database searches, email marketing, social media outreach, marketing campaign oversight, and project and calendar management.
Overview of the Marketing & Business Development Coordinator role:
Lead generation and executive recruiting using AI based lead generation tools and social media platforms
Managing campaigns for email marketing, social media, and project management
Responsible for all CEO communication and initial engagement
Coordinate multiple ongoing projects within budget allocations
Think creatively and critically to produce deliverables on time with excellence
Speak insightfully and confidently into process and product improvement
Preferred Qualifications for the Marketing & Business Development Coordinator:
B.A. degree in Marketing or Communications or equivalent work experience
Lead generation or social media experience in executive recruiting a plus
Proficiency in email marketing, social media, and project management platforms
Proficiency in artificial- intelligence based lead generation tools is desirable
