Compensation: $27.00 to $32.00 hourly

Hello! Our client is a Fortune 500 company in the Healthcare industry looking for a Network Administrator to join this team. There is an increase in workload due to their rapid expansion.

The Network Administrator is responsible to monitor network performance and implements software patches and hardware changes to optimize performance and resolve deficiencies.
He/She will need to configure and document local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) components, including firewalls, routers, switches, and hubs to meet business requirements.

The Network Administrator will respond to inquiries from staff, administrators, service providers, site personnel and outside vendors and provide technical assistance and support.

Qualifications:
Minimum 1-3 years of data network experience required.
Minimum 1 year LAN/WANdesign, deployment, maintenance, and support experience required.
Hands-on experience with Cisco Layer 2 technologies; VLAN, VTP, Port Security and Cisco Layer 3 technologies; OSPF, EIGRP, BGP
