Network Real Estate Specialist / Developer - I

Join a diverse and inclusive team as a site acquisition agent and end to end real estate project manager.
In this role you will be responsible for the entitlement process ensuring new and existing locations have the best wireless technology offered today.
You will be responsible for lease review and comprehension on a site by site basis ensuring that Fuze (internal data base) is updated with key data points for the real estate process in CTX (TX/OK/LA) team.
Entitlement includes leasing, permitting, zoning, architectural and engineering work as a direct responsibility.
Indirect responsibilities include stakeholder buy off and approval of all aspects of power and fiber coordination to ensure just in time delivery.
Cross functional teaming and coordination with construction stakeholders to ensure buy off on the constructability needs of projects.
Must be effective at building peer/stakeholder relationships and trust and ensuring that all stakeholders agree on concepts for entitlement related to implementation.
Fast Paced, market launch driven goal oriented, change energized individual that instills integrity, cross functional, Solution oriented, Connects to drive results, Drives win win solutions for entitlement, Never stops learning, has awareness of the rapid evolution of technology or interest in learning, self performance of leasing initiatives, management of A&E and Structural deliverables to align PO due dates with service level deliverables ability to gain stakeholder input and approval.
Various other tasks as needed to support network functions.

You're driven to resolve problems and overcome hurdles, and you approach every situation with a can-do, solution oriented, team-player attitude.

Bachelor's degree.
Valid driver's license.

Even better if you have:
Understanding that data drives the business, and people make things happen.
Ability to run and reporting, and conceptualize milestone/task/deliverable relationships on.
Marketing or sales experience real estate experience.
Business class mediation certificate Experience with affiliated legal teams and law of contracts.
Ability to read understand, interpret and action real estate agreements to ensure compliance with jurisdictional entities etall that pertain to wireless use.
Awareness to major REIT companies for Commercial space.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
