The Leidos Defense Group has an opportunity for an Oracle Developer & Data Management candidate at San Antonio, Texas.
Candidate will develop/maintain database and data mart code associated with the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS).
The DCPDS system houses HR data associated with Defense Civilian Personnel.
A successful candidate will be a self-starter, have an inquisitive attitude, and successfully solve problems.
Candidate must have the ability to interact and work collaboratively with a diverse set of users (developers, testers, customers, team leads, management, system users).
Analyze, Design, and Develop databases, data conversion, and/or HCM configurations in Oracle HCM Cloud.
Perform data collection/analysis, report results, and formulate recommendations.
Collaborate with the customer on Data needs and architecting Data Solutions.
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for a position of public trust clearance.
Bachelor's degree and 8-12 years relevant experience or Master's degree with 6-10 relevant experience, or additional relevant experience in lieu of degree.
Knowledge of Oracle database and development tools (PL/SQL, SQL Plus, Forms, Reports, JDeveloper).
Must be US Citizen.
Public Trust Clearance.
Experience with Software Configuration Management tools (e.g. PVCS).
Understanding of data modeling and data warehousing methodologies.
Experience leading and collaborating with customer representatives.
Experience in Agile team development.
Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite).
Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
