Description

Our client, a premier manufacturer and distributor for the construction industry in Northeast San Antonio, is seeking Production Laborers with knowledge of construction field a plus. This is a long-term assignment with an opportunity to go permanent with the client. Pay is $15.00/hour for 1st Shift. 2nd and 3rd shift pays $16.50/hr. Job duties for the Production Laborer include:

  • Responsible for keeping areas free of debris, cleans machines, conveyors and floors 
  • Assists lead operator in preparing utility/production equipment
  • Assists in the loading/unloading of trucks in the yard/warehouse

Requirements for the Production Laborer are:

  • HS or GED min
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instruction
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment/deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events
  • Must demonstrate accuracy, ask for help & offer help when needed and commit to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals

Hours for the Production Laborers position Monday - Saturday: 1st shift is 6am-4:30pm. 2nd shift is 4:45pm-3:15am. 3rd shift - 8pm-6:30am. This is a long-term assignment with an opportunity to go permanent with the client.  Pay is $15.00/hour for 1st Shift. 2nd and 3rd shift pays $16.50/hr.
