a. Scope of Work
a) The QA Contractor will provide ongoing advice, counsel and recommendations
to the Project team(s), executive sponsor, leadership team and the Oversight
b) The QA Contractor will support and provide timely feedback to the technology
team, the project management team, and leadership to ensure practices,
processes, and leadership support along with other critical success factors are in
place and maintained to succeed at delivering the project’s objectives. The
Quality Assurance Contractor will also ensure that an effective approach is in
place to communicate with the necessary audiences and in a way that aligns
with an Agile approach.
c) The QA Contractor will provide timely, independent, and objective reviews of
the project and related activities to assure that effective project planning,
management, risk and issue management, measurement, and visibility are being
applied to assure Project success and garner appropriate support for the
project. The QA Contractor will provide a common, visible source of reliable
independent information to those charged with the oversight of the project and
d) The QA Contractor will keep an informal log of observations, feedback, and
recommendations that is accessible to the team, leadership, and project
managers to enable teams to gain more timely feedback and self-correct areas
of concern for the project.
e) The QA Contractor will perform periodic and timely reviews, analysis and
written feedback of the LTSS Project to support external visibility.
f) The QA Contractor will also provide consultative support to the LTSS Project
team, including associated contractors and teams, in the development and
implementation of suggested alternative actions based on findings from
periodic reviews or other outside influences.
