for construction company that is a privately owned and that has been in business over 50 years. The Safety administrative assistant is responsible for all areas relating to safety compliance. What the company needs in the Safety Administrative Assistant:

  • Support the Safety Director in developing, implementing, and maintaining the Company's Health Safety and Environmental compliance programs
  • Managing employee training documentation for OSHA
  • Managing Internal and external document control
  • Assist with HSE compliance demands
  • Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision
  • Provide thorough safety information for supervisors and coworkers
  • Heavy email and phone correspondence
  • Maintain requests, record usage, and maintain inventory of PPE

Qualifications Preferred for the Safety Administrative Assistant

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Proficient computer skills required
  • Must possess great attention to detail
  • Can get along with a variety of personalities
