We give you 12 to 15 of these appointments a week. Our company closing average is 40-50% and you should sell at least 5 or 6 pools per week (average commission per sale is $600-800) making you $3000-4000/week (paid on the 5th and 20th of each month). We also give you a bonus on top of your commission of $150 for every cash paid pool and $100 for every financed pool you sell all season. That bonus is paid on one big check at the end of the pool season. For example, if you sell 100 pools your bonus will be between $10,000 and $15,000.

Is this a 1099 Position?
Yes, this is a COMMISSION ONLY independent contractor position. However, if you applied for the a full-time traveling position we pay per diem as well, in addition to commission, gas, and bonus.
Is this a full-time or part-time Position?
This is a full-time position and we do not have any part-time positions available. You must be available to run appointments 6 days a week. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
What is the territory that I will cover?
You will cover an area that is a 2 hour radius of your home address. This means you may have an appointment on the next street from your house or you could have one as far as two hours away.
How long is training?
Training is a MANDATORY 2.5 day class. We pay for hotel in advance, breakfast, and provide your sales kit. We never ask you for a dime for anything!
Do you offer online training?
No, you must attend one of our in-person training classes NO EXCEPTIONS.
How often do you pay?
We pay on the 5th and 20th of each month. What is sold between 1st and 15th is paid on the 20th and what is sold 15th-31st is paid on 5th.
Do you pay for gas?
You will get a check for $125 for gas reimbursement after you go on your 5th appointment and another $125 after you go on your 10th appointment. After that, you will just write off mileage on your taxes.
Is this a seasonal position?
This position goes from February through August each year. Reps can expect to make between $2500-3500/week (10K-14K/monthly) during the season plus bonus.
What happens at the end of the season?
The company shuts down and you are free to do whatever you want in between seasons. Some reps choose to take the time off others sell other products/services for other companies during the off season.
What is required of me to be considered for this amazing opportunity?
YOU MUST HAVE: a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, a smart phone, and a social security card. If chosen to attend training and work for us, you must take a copy of your license, social security card, and auto insurance with you to attend the training. In addition, this position requires PROFESSIONAL, high-ticket commission sales experience is highly preferred. If you do not meet these requirements please do not call as these are non-negotiable.
