In this role, you will:

  • Lead the design of complex learning strategies and solutions to meet business needs and identify opportunities for process improvement within scope of responsibilities
  • Analyze performance needs, and design, develop, and implement highly complex learning solutions and approaches for multiple lines of business or a business group
  • Apply knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, performance consulting, and evaluation methodologies to performance improvement interventions and solutions
  • Consult, strategize with, and influence business leaders, Learning and Development professionals, and Human Resources professionals to utilize or develop a variety of unique and specialized instructional strategies that improve specific areas of individual performance and effectiveness
  • Resolve moderately complex issues and lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Learning and Development Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience using and authoring in learning content management system (LCMS) based tools
  • Advanced skills in multiple instructional design tools and technology (e.g., Articulate, and Captivate)
  • Experience working in financial services or other highly regulated environment
  • Ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated project management experience related to instructional design projects
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results with speed and agility
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Job Expectations:

  • Position Locations include: Charlotte, NC; Chandler, AZ; Phoenix, AZ; Minneapolis, MN; San Antonio, TX; Irving, TX; Des Moines, IA-position will require onsite presence in a hybrid arrangement
