Company's patented services and solutions help facilities eliminate pathogens missed during manual cleaning and assist in infection control programs and efforts to reduce environmental contamination. OVERVIEW:

The Vice President of Marketing is responsible for the establishment of a comprehensive marketing strategy. Specifically, the individual is responsible for developing and executing a clearly defined marketing and communications plan in a manner that supports consistent business growth, as well as enhancing brand equity and awareness. As the Vice President of Marketing for Company you will be responsible for the following: 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create, manage, coordinate, and execute all marketing strategies and implement tactical plans that meet and exceed company expectations;
  • Assists in establishing go-to-market strategies
  • Develop unique value propositions, business partnerships, as well as call to action-oriented promotions, advertising and sales programs targeted toward key customer segments;
  • Lead and manage internal/external direct marketing, public relations, advertising, online marketing, advertising, event marketing, and creative services efforts;
  • Ensure timely and effective execution of marketing tactics and programs;
  • Analyze, evaluate, plan, and execute on existing and future marketing activities and strategies; 
  • Ensures sufficient data is collected in SalesForce.com, as well as ancillary systems, to facilitate business intelligence required to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and programs;
  • Responsible for timely presentation of key metrics to the leadership team, as required and requested;
  • Conduct and analyze market/competitor research to determine competitiveness;
  • Conduct and analyze customer industry trends, as well as economic trends
  • Measure the effectiveness of the marketing department and implement improvements as required;
  • Identify, interpret and capitalize on marketing trends;
  • Develop and prepare key messaging and presentation material for senior management;
  • Work closely with the leadership team to create high demand and recognition for Company and its products.
  • Ensures sufficient internal and cross-departmental communications takes place to ensure teams are well informed, foster cooperation and minimize confusion; and  
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing;
  • Minimum of 10 years’ marketing experience;
  • A track record of performance excellence, meeting targets, and objectives;
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed; some international travel possible
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as negotiation and persuasion skills;
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing an integrated marketing program through Salesforce.com or another CRM;
  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex priorities within demanding timeframes;
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • MBA or advanced degree in Marketing preferred
  • Experience building a comprehensive marketing program within a medical device company preferred
