About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking Product Management Senior Manager to lead a team of Product Managers that have an array of roles and responsibilities associated with the product management lifecycle for the Wires and Inter-FI products. As the critical business manager of this team, this individual is expected to maintain and opine on market developments/trends; develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap for these digital products; along with running with and/or managing the many responsibilities required in the day-to-day business. This manager will collaborate with business partners (Digital, Marketing, Fraud, and Risk) on a variety of strategic and tactical activities focused on ensuring product alignment to risk and compliance expectations while creating an optimal customer experience.

In this role, you will:

  • Developing and managing a team of Product Managers in support of team's charter and objectives
  • Consulting, developing, marketing, and managing performance analysis for the wire and INTER-FI products
  • Identifying and recommending opportunities for product enhancements and business requirements
  • Determining appropriate strategy and actions of product management team to meet moderate to high-risk deliverables and OKRs
  • Leading as a risk management proponent; promoting and adhering to risk management processes, controls and procedures
  • Collaborating and consulting with product managers, analysts, and multiple level managers
  • Engaging and influencing stakeholders, internal partners and peers associated with the function or affected by its outcomes
  • Managing allocation of people and financial resources for Product Management
  • Developing and guiding a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of Management experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Wire product, INTER-FI product or digital payment experience
  • Experience with developing and managing a high performing team; and coaching employees to individually succeed in their position and career
  • Experience with regulations applicable to wire and INTER-FI products
  • Knowledge and understanding of product or program management: development of roadmaps, strategies, and management of products ranging from concepts in ideation through to market delivery
  • Proven collaboration/facilitation ability; team player and collaborator with demonstrated success in leading, influencing, motivating and building strong internal/external business relationships in a heavily-matrixed organization
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Proven track record of delivering results
  • Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile/Speed to Market project methodologies
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; must be able to effectively communicate and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, competing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities
  • Ability to create dynamic presentations
