What does it take to be considered?
• ExcellentCustomer service and Phone etiquette, Call center experience is preferred butnot required
- Needs to be computer literate,Type a minimum of 32 words per minute and able to toggle through multiple softwares
•Must havean Ethernet cable line to hook into the modem to the computer. Wifi cannot beused.
•Internetspeed must be a minimum of 20 mbps download speed and a minimum of 5 mbps forupload speed.
•Quietoffice space with no other responsibilities on your shift (daycare, primarycare giver)
•Computer,monitors, mouse, and keyboard provided. Personal equipment cannot be used to
- Ability to multi-task (simultaneously think, talk, type)
•You will beresponsible for assisting insurance members to reschedule a missed appointment(SUPER EASY!)
•Providesexceptional customer service and engagement via telephone.
•Ensurescustomer satisfaction by providing quality service, identifying customer needsand
•Research,identify and problem solve. Verify eligibility of services and places callbacks as required.
•Meets andsupports established service and sales and business objectives by meeting andexceeding performance standards.
•Usesexcellent listening skills to receive, process and document detailedinformation.
•We offer a$1.00/per hour when work 95% of your scheduled shift per month. (MORE MONEY FORSHOWING UP! COUNT ME IN)
