Ultimate Staffing is assisting a life insurance company located on the NE side of town with an analytical Administrative Assistant role in their credentialing department. This is a clerical/administrative position where the analytical Administrative Assistant would make sure that agents that sell their insurance are credentialed and their licensing and their contracts are active. This is a Monday - Friday schedule, NO selling or Marketing is involved. Contract to hire Perm, $15.00/hour. Fridays are usually 1/2 days.
Position requires 2-3 years general administrative/clerical experience, accurate data entry skills, strong attention to detail, working knowledge of Word and Excel, and excellent communication and customer service skills.
Testing required: Word, Excel, basic office skills including math, Call Center Customer Service Survey, and proofreading.
