Administrative/HR Assistant
for construction company that is a privately owned and that has been in business over 50 years. The Administrative/HR Assistant is responsible for all areas relating to safety compliance. What the company needs in the Administrative/HR Assistant:

  • Assist HR Director with new hire paperwork
  • Provide full administrative support to including data entry of new clients into databases, entering, and tracking revenues and expenses and processing contracts
  • Provide Calendar Management support to team, coordinate meetings and conference calls

Qualifications Preferred for the Administrative/HR Assistant

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Proficient computer skills required
  • Must possess great attention to detail
  • Can get along with a variety of personalities
