Description

We looking for the right person to help us to continue to improve our customer service processes. We are looking for the right person with a mix of quantitative, consultative, and facilitative/leadership skills. The successful candidate will have a documented track record in driving change, and in significantly improving processes, and will know how to be effective in fast-paced environments.

Customer Service Associate responsibilities

  • Driving solutions to improve the customer experience and level of service

  • Identifying and challenging any adverse effects on the Customer Experience prior to new launches and improvement projects

  • Ensuring communication bridges are initiated and upheld between yourself, our client, and the customer
