Job Title: Sales Support Representatives

Estimated Assignment: Direct Hire

Number of Openings: 5

Location: San Antonio, TX 78218 (work on site)

Shift: 1st (30%) and 2nd shifts (70%) available, HOOPS 8 AM to 12 AM 7 days a week

Pay Rate: $18.00



Sales Support Representatives will be the critical first point of contact between our innovative game-changing clients and the customers they serve. New advertisers will respond to channel marketing and request contact from Sales Support Representatives who will then reach out to them via phone. Using sharp critical thinking skills and the ability to solve complex problems, Sales Support Representatives will empathetically communicate solutions to advertisers needs in an outbound contact center environment.



Responsibilities/Duties
? You’ll have 3 calls with each advertiser with the goal of educating them on the platform and encouraging future spend.

? You’ll enroll advertisers in programs and promotions that work for their business

? You’ll work with internal cross-functional teams to resolve inquiries or issues encountered by customers

? Manage a rolling portfolio of advertiser

? Achieve & maintain performance targets set monthly and quarterly



Key Qualifications / Competencies:

? 3 years of sales experience required or 1 year of sales experience + Associates or Bachelor’s degree

? B2B /Retail/Commission-Based Sales experience preferred

? Clear, confident communicator on all channels - phone, email and chat

? Analytical mindset with ability to interpret customer feedback and connect the dots between customer challenges and solutions

? Adaptability and Flexibility (Constant change: functionality of platforms; user interface; products that go in and out of style; KPI and metrics; production schedules and weekend availability)
