We are looking to Hire Customer Service Representatives to manage customer inquiries and help out the sales team in our Real Estate business, while working from the comfort of your homes.
You are our important link to our customers. You should be responsible for ensuring our customers leave having had an excellent experience in terms of inspections, our services and the location Navigation. You will be responsible for ensuring that each customer receives personal service online when requested for and receives undivided attention at all times, meeting and exceeding their needs, requests and expectations.
CSR Duties / Responsibilities:
* Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers over the phone at all times.
* Responding promptly to customers inquiries.
* Communicating with customers through our various channels.
* Acknowledging and resolving client complaints.
* Knowing our realty’s service delivery inside and out so that you can answer questions to them.
* Processing orders and requests.
* Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
* Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
* Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
