RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Delivery Assurance Transformation Lead in San Antonio, Texas (TX).

Summary:

The resource will serve as the Delivery Assurance Program Leader for the Digital ERP Transformation Program. This is a backfill for the existing contractor who will be transitioning out. The Delivery Assurance Transformation Lead will assume the overarching responsibility for supporting organizational leadership in their efforts at overseeing, managing the delivery of its ERP, digital, and data transformation program initiatives. The role is both strategic and execution focused with strong ERP, IT infrastructure, program, and people management skills being a must. Due to the strategic nature of the transformation program which includes Agile and Waterfall program management, expertise in both delivery practices is a must. This role will be positioned to help focus leadership efforts on the strategy, roadmap, integrated sets of dependencies spanning implementation of a new ERP systems platform, modernization of digital, data products, and services. There is a Delivery Assurance Transformation Lead who is a key leader in ensuring the accountability of program value delivery, the primary contact to the investment board, steering committee, senior executive engagement team as it relates to communicating, reporting the overall state, and health of the program.
