The Director of People will lead a team of HR Managers, Generalists, Administrators, and Leave Coordinators to grow engagement, develop a cohesive people strategy, and implement programs and solutions that are aligned with business goals and objectives. As a trusted advisor to the business, this role will provide leadership to a team who will translate business strategy and objectives into talent and workforce plans. This position will collaborate and partner with senior business leaders to understand the work they do, the challenges they face, and the goals they are advancing and leverage this insight to guide, challenge and develop this team to design and implement HR solutions that support the success of the business.
