Job Details

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Use analytical tools and portals to measure, guide, and track the execution of marketing activities to win across product assortment, promotion, placement (merchandising), and pricing
  • Gather sales and performance data, and maintain weekly and monthly platform performance reports including but not limited to sales metrics, advertising, reviews, paid and organic search rankings, etc.
  • Maintain product offering catalogs across multiple channels and platforms, including new item setup, product availability, image and content association, keyword optimization, etc.
  • Organize and maintain product listing content for all products and sub brands including but not limited to product titles, marketing copy and descriptions, A+/enhanced content, images, and brand stores
  • Regularly review and resolve product, pricing, and listing issues to ensure consistent availability and accuracy of products and product listings
  • Assist with development and execution of eCommerce promotions
  • Maintain product catalogs within all reporting systems and tracking software
  • Coordinate with digital advertising team on integrating newly added items into digital advertising campaigns
  • Serve as liaison between internal departments and individual eCommerce channel support teams to assist with unresolved issues (i.e. suspended listings, ingredient issues)
  • Implement processes for efficiently maintaining content across all marketplace platforms


  • 3+ years of eCommerce (marketing/sales) experience for a consumer-focused brand
  • Experience with Amazon Vendor Central or Item 360 is preferred.
  • Ability to understand retail pricing and gross/net margin modeling
