ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform variety of duties in the operations of our Companies such as employee relations, benefits and worker’s compensation.

• Assist in recruiting; interviewing and evaluating applicants

• Process all new employees through a background check, physical exam and drug tests

• Conduct risk management and prevention in a high pace manufacturing environment

• Administer health and welfare plans including enrollments and terminations

• 401k eligibility and maintenance

• Conduct new employee orientations

• Assist in handling employee issues

• Ability to work effectively with all levels of hourly employees and management team

• Must have working knowledge of (FMLA) Family Medical Leave Act, (COBRA) Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act, (ADA) Americans with Disabilities Act, and (USERRA) Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act

• Competent of new procedures and constantly changing employment laws

• Provide Human Resource support to several locations
