We are looking for a Recruiting coordinator to join our team!
Evaluate information from applications, resumes and screening results.
Provide administrative support to business operations by performing processing tasks such as data entry, scanning, email sorting.
Conduct preliminary phone interviews.
Work with outside staffing companies and recruiters.
Work with training manager to schedule and execute all necessary training programs.
Staffing experience is an advantage for an applicant.
Knowledge of employment laws is a plus.
The ability to work independently without supervision.
Social, computer and phone etiquette skills.
Positive attitude at work, good communication skills and professional demeanor.
