Product capabilities include pylons, monuments, channel letters, multi-tenant signs, neon, architectural interior signage, vacuum forming and large form digital graphics. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generate official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, personnel action forms, etc.
Create a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections.
Complete onboarding and educate new hires on company policies, internal procedures and regulations during new hire orientation.
Maintain physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records.
Create employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities.
Evaluate employee performance and appraise their pay scale accordingly.
Take appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and address employee grievances.
Attends all necessary meetings and training as required by management.
Provides care and security for all company resources
Makes periodic visits to other locations.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or comparable experience. 3 years’ experience in Human Resources or Benefits. Basic analytical, project management and organization skills with strong attention to detail. Strong collaborative workstyle with management and employees. Basic interviewing, assessment, negotiation and influencing skills. Knowledge of employment laws either through applicable course work or experience
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to be self-directing with limited supervision. Strong and self-confident personality with the ability to challenge assumptions and ideas. Strong team player with the ability to build and foster working relationships. A valid state driver’s license is required.
Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
