This role is responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns that reach across several program areas, enhance brand value, drive growth and deliver impact for public good. Integrated Marketing Leader will manage collaboration across GTM team and lead integration across marketing channels to maximize the results, drive consistency, and determine the ideal approach to market. We are seeking a strong marketing leader who can build strategic plans rooted in data and inspired by innovative thinking. This position requires an organized and self-motivated individual with a powerful ability to collaborate with grace and respect. The perfect candidate can influence decision making and drive business results, has a strong marketing background and has experience managing a variety of digital marketing areas including paid advertising, SEO, marketing automation, email marketing, content creation, and placement strategies.
+ Oversee lead generation process and all campaigns working with program marketing leads to share best practices, improve results, cross promote, and drive companywide messages
+ Oversee marketing communication for brand alignment, consistent messaging across business units, audience relevance, content value.
+ Continually refine and manage audience segments working with program marketing leads, agency, and digital presence lead
+ Lead marketing functions pertaining to delivery of in-person and virtual events, podcasts, and videos
+ Expand brand awareness into new coverage areas and increase mindshare within target organizations
+ Understand campaign analytics and recommend strategy, audience, content changes
+ Provide weekly reports and updates to the management team with marketing results and recommendations for improving performance
+ Expand content placement working with GTM and strategic communications teams
+ Manage team of content creators including writers and A/V expert
+ Manage growth marketing agency with campaign and content oversight
+ Ensure branding standards and templates are current and well communicated working with digital presence leader
+ BA/BS and seven years of relevant marketing experience or equivalent required. Advanced degree preferred. Management experience absolutely required.
+ Working knowledge of MS Office, HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn campaign and account management tools, Twitter, and Zoom required. Knowledge of Salesforce, Instagram, and Brandlive a plus.
+ Strong communication skills and audience understanding required and essential.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead a team, manage an agency, and work across a matrixed organization required.
+ Data analytic, campaign management, content creation and placement skills and experience required.
+ Social/digital media strategy experience required.
+ Experience working with product marketing and media relations teams preferred.
