Bring your paralegal or legal technical skills to assess legal talent as a Legal Recruiter. Many on our team members have a legal background and we are looking for legal professionals to join our team! As a Legal Recruiter, the primary responsible is to source, attract and secure top talent for projects, permanent and temp-to-perm legal positions. To be successful in this role you must have the ability to build professional relationships with candidates, clients, and internal teams. · Source, evaluate, and review potential legal candidates utilizing all resources, systems, and technology.

· Develop and implement creative solutions to attract and source active and passive candidates and fill positions.

· Interview prospective legal candidates via phone/Zoom to assess skill set, work history, and salary requirements, update candidate records in ATS, and assess candidates against skills requirements and client cultures.

· Proactively build a strong pipeline of qualified legal talent to submit to current and future client base.

· Identify skills gaps in current attorney bench to create targeted recruitment campaigns.

· Assist candidates with resume preparation/edits and onboarding steps and conflict forms.

· Effectively communicate with clients and sales team throughout the life cycle of a placement’s assignment.

· Promote the HCMC Legal brands in a positive manner. Be an ambassador of the brand!

· Collaborate with team members on best practices.

Required Skills:

· Paralegal Certificate, Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

· You have a background in the legal or recruiting industry (ideally both!)

· You thrive in fast paced environments with multiple responsibilities and have a “can-do” attitude.

· You project a positive outlook when tasked with daunting challenges. You love a challenge!

· You love talking to people, and playing to their strengths, and building and nurturing relationships.

· You are extremely organized, can manage various priorities at once and thrive working to meet deadlines.

· You have excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel and clientele face-to-face, on the telephone, or through written communication

· You are detail-oriented and tech savvy and can get up to speed [partially] remotely

Preferred Skills:

· Legal experience

· Recruiting experience

· Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting technology
