The Manager of the Business Analyst team will be an important contributor to the success of the program. The manager will have experience in the operational process of 340B and is 100% dependent on the management of data and the ability to assure timely and accurate submission and sharing of data externally and internally. Management reporting and business analytics are critical to driving our team operational and financial goals. This role will help us assure we have an adequate infrastructure to support those efforts. This position will be both internal and client facing. Excellent organizational and communication skills will assure transparency with our leadership and other stakeholders in the developments and progress of activities that affect the 340B business. Assuring this solid infrastructure will be achieved when this position is successful. Success means ownership and accountability to the development and ongoing processes that uses the input and output of data; Ensures our third-party administrators and all stakeholders are informed and engaged to proactively identify gaps and address any opportunities for improvement.

Partners closely with business leaders and Capability Manager to determine and prioritize enterprise capability needs and proactively develop solutions to meet their needs
Responsible for translating vision from the Capability Manager and business leaders and stakeholders into user stories with defined and measureable acceptance criteria
Refines back log & drives prioritization in partnership with Capability Manager
Helps communicate capability vision and roadmap to teams and stakeholders
Foster teamwork and collaboration by encouraging people to draw on each other to work together, within and across teams
Effective ongoing management of the established capability including customer management and communications, prioritization of new requests, operations activities, and continuous improvement enhancements
Responsible for facilitating meetings and presenting documented requirements and complex concepts with clients / customers
Regularly interact and collaborate with business users to understand their needs
Responsible to share the detailed business knowledge & product vision with the Agile team
Establishes acceptable criteria & ensures delivery of business value
Provide visibility and transparency to business users on progress of work within the program
Supports application testing and configuration with project teams to ensure solution will meet the business objectives of the requirements
Own and remove impediments for the team(s) and escalate as appropriate
Facilitate management of the agile team’s dependencies between the program team and third parties, release managers, or other agile teams
Maintain MBO metrics that provide visibility to management and stakeholders on team-level progress and quality
Track and manage project execution in accordance with company’s practices
Manage financials in PPM Optics for team financials (actual spend, forecast, and periodic updates to business and management) including capital planning and tracking progress toward financial goals
Coordinate gathering and sharing details with the business user group allowing them to prioritize their needs and the backlog
Host and facilitate weekly Scrum cadence with the business reporting users, bi-weekly meetings with Product Advisory Council and Monthly Stakeholder Meetings

- 3+ years of Product Management / Product Owner experience or comparable experience driving initiatives involving process and technology as an accountable owner
- 2+ years of experience working with technology delivery teams
- 2+ years of experience preparing and presenting to a variety of audiences at all levels of the corporation
- Experienced with Agile project methodology
- MS Project, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint experience
