Primary Responsibilities:

  • Complete entry level assignments with a single or narrow focus
  • Complete unit testing successfully; assist others with debugging and testing program logic
  • Assignments principally involve assisting more senior personnel with maintenance, making simple modifications or expansion of existing systems which are well defined and deal with routine business transactions / issues
  • Achieve harmonious working relationships with business partners
  • Configuration management like SVN, TFS, etc.
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, applicants need to meet the qualifications listed in this posting.

  • B. Tech / MCA / Graduation (Minimum of 15 years of formal education, correspondence courses are not relevant)
  • 10+ years of experience in Software Development and managerial skills
  • Technical documentation and project planning experience
  • Well understanding of SDLC process and Break Fix process
  • Well understanding and execution of Testing Methodologies and Performance Testing
  • Well-developed written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong in .NET, ASP.NET 4.0, Entity Framework, MVC Framework, Web services, WCF
  • Strong in SQL Server, SSIS and SSRS
  • Exposure to Unit Testing (Plan, Prepare and Execute)
  • Able to work independently with minimum support / mentoring
  • Good knowledge of complete ITIL process
  • Willing to learn new technology
  • Open for Development and Support and able to manage the team as well

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Exposure to Java technologies
  • Worked with Agile principles¬†
