The Role:

We're looking for a new Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition Clinical & Retail to support here! This person is responsible for implementing and managing clinical and retail recruitment process and practices for the network to ensure an end to end candidate experience that is aligned with the company brand and employee value proposition. In partnership with HR Leaders and key stakeholders, responsible for the development of strategic initiatives to achieve and promote the behaviors, culture and competencies needed to achieve organizational goals and/or EBIDTA, to include how we attract and assess top talent, diversify our candidate pipelines, and align our internal talent to opportunities to reach their career aspirations.

  • Develop a sourcing strategy to acquire top talent for Clinical and Retail Operations that is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations while ensuring all data and records are maintained.
  • Maintain thorough understanding of labor market trends e.g. compensation, attraction practices and mobility offerings to ensure we remain competitive
  • Partner with Operations in support of labor and workforce initiatives as they impact the retail and clinical operations
  • Partner with Learning & Development team on training initiatives for low performing territories In the field and create talent strategies to improve
  • Partner with HR and Operational leadership teams in strategic placement of resources (field trainers, field recruiters, Multi Unit GMs) to achieve organizational goals and/or EBIDTA
  • Conduct organizational research and in-depth analytics (internal and external) on business issues with impact on workforce strategy and/or decision making specifically in challenged field territories.
  • Partner with Human Resources leaders to develop and communicate workforce trends, strategic people priorities, metrics and HR implications, based on the business strategies and overarching trends.
  • Conduct a strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) analysis of the organization in order to better understand internal factors that impact HR practices and processes.
  • Implement competitive analysis and understanding of how competitors recruit and retain talent and create action plans to improve organizations processes and branding strategies while balancing costs
  • Create and manage strategies that keep organization attractive to external talent maintain a "Great Place to Work" while balancing costs.
  • Proactively analyze workforce trends, metrics, and business data to extract meaningful insights and develop action plans that will increase overall talent engagement and retention. Communicate these findings in executive level presentations
  • Support leaders at all levels with workforce planning; driving internal mobility in leadership roles.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
  • Five (5) plus years of experience in management and Human Resources
  • Extensive communication experience with all levels of management
  • Considerable background in the Retail and/or Optical business
