Senior Advisor Talent Acquisition
Location: 100% remote.
Duration: 6+ months, possible T-H
Hours: Standard working hours - 9am-5pm.

Alongside forecasting hiring needs, undertaking interviews and conferring job offers, we advise business leaders on the talent strategy and deliver all TA metrics.

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will own and manage the recruiting sourcing cycle from the time the requisition is received to deliver top talent to our recruiters and hiring managers. You will develop recruitment strategies using various sourcing techniques, qualifying and interviewing candidates. Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining a quality experience in staffing for candidates and customers. Ensures adherence to applicable governmental regulations. Promotes the company image to candidates and external service providers.

What you will achieve:
• Work with the recruiters and hiring managers to develop strong selection processes using creative and innovative techniques and tools
• Utilize Workday Applicant Tracking System throughout the talent acquisition process
• Develop networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Develop and manages strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates

Essential Requirements:
• 5-8+ years of relevant recruiting experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 5+ years of strong ATS experience
• Process orientation, excellent interviewing skills, good knowledge of industry and outstanding verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to independently manage key relationships to achieve results

Desirable Requirements:
