The Talent Management Senior Specialist is responsible for contributing to the design and delivery of an extraordinary people experience that differentiates us in the marketplace and allows us to attract, develop, engage and retain high performing team members.  Will demonstrate a proactive commitment to the firm's mission, vision, strategic pillars, and code of conduct and leads others by example.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to and support the design, implementation and continuous improvement of Talent Management programs including but not limited to onboarding, employee engagement and belonging, performance management, career development, mobility, and hybrid work
  • Design and manage a talent calendar in collaboration with key stakeholders including People & Culture colleagues and the Employee Communications and Branding Senior Manager
  • Contribute to the development and administration of our People & Culture dashboard
  • Analyze and interpret employee engagement, pulse surveys and other talent-focused data using data visualization techniques to provide action-oriented insights
  • Collaborate with Talent Operations to customize, coordinate and deploy talent management tasks or events as per talent calendar
  • Serve as an active leader/participant on team projects, collaborates with teams across the Firm and ensures team's success
  • Complete complex tasks and ensure quality of work project of self and others, keep manager informed of status and changes
  • Seek to develop skills and knowledge in a specialized area and help to mentor and train others

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ progressive HR Generalist or Talent Management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or business-related field
  • Proven track record of analyzing and interpreting data to provide actionable insights
  • Experience of using data visualization techniques to communicate and influence
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel techniques, including v-lookup, macros and other “cleanup” methods to help focus on data integrity
  • Ability to work effectively under challenging conditions; demonstrates resilience
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt appropriately to target audiences and foster group communication
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of functional area and uses business acumen to propose solutions
  • Fast learner, focused attention to detail, ability to work independently
  • Ability to be flexible in a dynamic environment and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • PHR or SHRM-CP designation is a plus
