Our EAM and Supply Chain group, within the Consulting practice is rapidly growing. We are looking for highly trusted professionals to advise industry, governmental, and investor clients in transportation infrastructure, particularly in rail and transit. As an EAM professional, you'll be focused on bringing solutions and strategies to advancing our clients work & asset management capabilities.
We are looking for professionals who can collaborate closely with colleagues of all ranks within Consulting and independently manage diverse teams, understand clients' needs, and guide clients to long-term success.
**Your key responsibilities**
As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing one, or more, high-performing engagement teams within the practice and the firm, driving the sales pipeline and designing Maximo, Hexagon or other EAM solutions for transportation-related customers, ensuring that solutions provided meet customer requirements, and ensuring the design and delivery of complex solutions as per customer requirements. You will provide consulting services to EAM clients, helping them improve organizational performance, including through related transformation, strategy or PMO work.
Your essential duties and responsibilities will include:
+ Develop external eminence across our sub-capabilities in EAM, and share that EAM expertise within our practice and across our broader EY Infrastructure community
+ Strengthen our collective EAM knowledge and ability to address our clients' most significant challenges
+ Work with the business development team to assess customer opportunities, drive the EAM sales pipeline for transportation clients, and support development of new business opportunities
+ Provide various levels of reports for top opportunities, weekly progress reports and ad-hoc reports
+ Understand and capture customer requirements and help develop end-to-end design solutions addressing customers' business drivers and objectives
+ Where appropriate, consult with customers as they develop their requirements
+ Actively participate in the RFI/RFP process, developing the technical aspects in line with customer need, and liaising and qualifying with other colleagues as necessary
+ Present technical solutions to customers, both formally and informally, as required
+ Be the voice of the market; gather and consolidate market observations and trends, and help maintain and upskill our knowledge of various products, services and industry practices
+ Lead the development of high-quality EAM Point of Views (PoVs) and internal and external marketing materials, including authoring superb, differentiated, informative content
+ Validate order documentation and provide it to the delivery team
+ Support delivery and operations teams to profitably deliver the highest quality engagements

**To qualify for the role, you must have**
+ A bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, Finance or a related field
+ A minimum of 8 to 10 years of related work experience or a graduate degree and 7 years of related work experience
+ A minimum of 8 years of experience selling and delivering advisory/consulting services to EAM clients
+ Knowledge and experience with leading EAM products, using an EAM/CMMS solution and EAM configuration tools
+ Proven work experience in the transportation sector (including rail or transit)
+ Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics and business development
+ Flexibility to work across consulting services if needed
+ Willingness to travel to meet client needs and a valid drivers license.
**Ideally, you'll also have**
+ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
+ Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field
+ Experience with transformation, performance improvement and/or value creation through EAM
+ Experience with both public sector and private sector customers
