Robert Half is looking for a Director of Finance to join our client! The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, management, technology, analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills as part of the management team.

Your responsibilities

- Hire, train, and retain finance staff

- Oversee daily operations of the finance and accounting department

- Oversee the preparation of financial forecasts and outlooks

- Oversee the preparation of all financial reports

- Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisions

- Direct, review, and prepare budget management and financial planning functions

- Review and maintain budgeting and forecasting models

- Analyze monthly operating performance against budget

- Establish short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures

- Oversee Month End Close Procedures

- Prepare Monthly Financial Statements

- Design, establish, and maintain an organizational structure to effectively accomplish the departments goals and objectives
